Amaravati, January 24, 2026: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu arrived in Nagari town this morning for a high-intensity district visit, marking his first major outing to this Chittoor segment after recent political shifts.
The schedule kicked off with a helipad landing at Junior College grounds around 11:20 a.m., followed by a public meeting at SAAP Sports Ground where he addressed locals on governance and development priorities.
The day included key inspections: social welfare hostels (pre- and post-matric) at 1:50 p.m. to review hygiene and living conditions, and Nagari Area Hospital at 2:15 p.m. for direct interactions with patients and staff.
Naidu later met TDP cadres from Chittoor district before departing for Undavalli by 3:55 p.m. The tour carries added weight in Nagari, long a YSRCP bastion until 2024, especially after the recent elevation of local TDP leader Shanmuga Reddy to Chittoor parliamentary district president.
