Three talented girls from two government schools in Andhra Pradesh earned special invites to the 77th Republic Day celebrations in Delhi for their top innovations.

Amaravati, January 24, 2026: Three students from government schools in Andhra Pradesh will attend the Republic Day parade in New Delhi on January 26 as special guests, thanks to their standout projects in the School Innovation Marathon 2024–25 under NITI Aayog's Atal Innovation Mission.

Ippili Sanjana from ZP High School in Ippili, Srikakulam district, built a dual-axis solar tracking system and received a personal invitation from President Droupadi Murmu for a tea reception at Rashtrapati Bhavan.

Davu Sneha and Kaki Soumya from SMK ZP High School in Movva, Krishna district, developed an AI model for early cancer detection.

Andhra Pradesh ranked second nationally in the marathon, with 57 projects in the top 1,000 out of thousands submitted across India.
