Vijayawada, January 23: Health Minister Y Satya Kumar Yadav inaugurated a Remote Command Control Centre at Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) to boost transparency in medical education examinations.

The facility uses advanced CCTV integration to connect exam halls across 37 government and private medical colleges directly to the university, enabling live monitoring and recording of MBBS, postgraduate, dental, Ayurveda, homeopathy, nursing, and allied health exams.

Equipped with a video wall of six large screens, ten operator stations, and AI-driven features, the centre detects camera issues instantly and stores footage securely for 70 days even resuming transmission after internet glitches.
