Amaravati, January 23, 2026: The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) conducted e-lottery allotments of residential returnable plots to farmers who pooled their lands under the Amaravati project.

In the morning session, 90 farmers from 14 villages, including Nidamarru, Velagapudi, Mandadam, and others, received 135 plots across locations like Nidamarru (58 plots) and Velagapudi (25 plots).

An afternoon session followed for Undavalli village contributors, allotting 390 plots to 201 farmers. The process used a digital, open system for fairness, with immediate registration encouraged.
