Amaravati, January 21, 2026: Officials have finalised arrangements for Vasantha Panchami at the historic Kolanubharathi Saraswati Temple in Sivapuram village, Atmakur taluk, Kurnool district.
The temple, recognised as the state's sole self-manifested (Swayambhu) shrine dedicated to Goddess Saraswati the deity of knowledge, arts and learning will host special pujas, floral decorations, and mass Aksharabhyasam ceremonies for children on January 23.
The Srisailam Devasthanam, which has adopted the temple following Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu's directives, led inspections alongside local authorities.
Facilities for crowds include queue management, drinking water, annaprasadam distribution, parking, sanitation, and power supply. Temple priests and executives expect a grand observance befitting the site's spiritual legacy in the Nallamala forest region.
