Vizag, January 20, 2026: Andhra Pradesh has secured a landmark strategic partnership with RMZ Group, announced at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos. The deal commits around $10 billion over five to six years for mixed-use, digital, industrial, and logistics projects.

Key elements target Visakhapatnam as a rising digital hub: a 10 million square foot Global Capability Centre (GCC) Park at Kapuluppada Phase-1 IT Park on about 50 acres, plus a phased hyperscale data centre cluster up to 1 GW capacity focused on AI and sustainable green power.

In Rayalaseema's Tekulodu area, a 1,000-acre industrial and logistics park will drive balanced growth. The state promises single-window facilitation, timely land allocation, and fast approvals to build investor confidence.
