Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams will soon build Sri Venkateswara temples in four cities across India to spread devotion, with land approvals secured from Assam, Bihar, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka governments.

Amaravati, January 19, 2026: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal announced plans for new Sri Venkateswara temples in Guwahati (Assam), Patna (Bihar), Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) and Belagavi (Karnataka).

State governments have approved and allotted land for these projects, following coordination with Andhra Pradesh leadership.

TTD already manages replica temples in cities like Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and others. Recent allocations include plots in Guwahati and Patna, with ongoing efforts to finalise sites before the next Trust Board meeting.
