Amaravati, January 19: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu accused the opposition YSR Congress Party of scrambling for recognition by falsely claiming credit for key Andhra Pradesh developments.
Speaking at a TDP event in Vijayawada to mark the 30th death anniversary of party founder NTR, Naidu pointed to initiatives such as the $10 billion green ammonia investment by AM Green in Kakinada, land steps for Bhogapuram international airport near Vizag, and the new Civil Aviation University.
He said these were TDP-driven successes, rejecting similar past YSRCP assertions on projects like Kia Motors.
Naidu contrasted this with what he described as YSRCP's focus on divisive issues, while reaffirming commitment to Amaravati as the unified capital and plans to elevate Visakhapatnam and Tirupati as top urban hubs.
