Amaravati, January 18, 2026: Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan stressed that governments may change, but policies must stay stable to build trust with investors.

Speaking at the foundation stone ceremony for AM Green's Hydrogen and Green Ammonia Plant in Kakinada, he promised no harassment and full cooperation to drive growth and youth jobs.

The project, on 495 acres, will create 8,000 construction jobs and 1,500 permanent roles, plus many indirect opportunities. It includes a deal to supply 0.5 million tonnes of green ammonia yearly to Germany's Uniper, cutting emissions and reducing crude oil use in transport, industry, and more.

Pawan Kalyan pointed to Andhra Pradesh's Integrated Clean Energy Policy 2024 as a clear roadmap for renewables. He contrasted this with past actions that he said disrupted the power sector and scared companies away.
