Amaravati, January 17, 2026: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal has instructed officials to establish a special helpline. The number will gather direct feedback from devotees on TTD-run kalyana mandapams marriage halls used for weddings and religious functions.

Feedback will come through local Srivari Sevaks and cover key areas: compound walls, toilets, wedding platforms, decorations, parking, rain-season leaks, water stagnation, security, and overall suitability for marriages.

Singhal suggested shifting management to the Facility Management Services framework. This step would improve cleanliness, upkeep, and devotee experience.
