Vijayanand led a key meeting of the Andhra Pradesh State Energy Conservation Mission (APSECM), urging expansion of Energy Clubs in schools, creation of dedicated Energy Conservation Cells across government departments and autonomous bodies, and tougher energy audits for industries, MSMEs, and municipalities.
