Amaravati, January 13: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu stressed "speed in governance" as the core focus for 2026 during a high-level review, directing ministers and officials to surpass last year's gains through quicker decision-making and service delivery.
He highlighted 2025 successes, including the "Super Six" welfare schemes that reached millions such as direct aid to 67 lakh mothers and support for 46 lakh farmers while reviving investor confidence and attracting significant FDI, with Andhra claiming 25% of India's inflows.
Naidu pointed to key Andhra projects like the upcoming Bhogapuram International Airport inauguration, Google's $15 billion AI data centre in Vizag, and Amaravati's emerging Quantum Valley, set for a quantum computer rollout in months.
