Amaravati, January 10, 2026: Vijayawada's real estate market is bouncing back strongly, driven by supportive measures from the coalition government. Vijayawada MP Kesineni Sivanath (Chinni) highlighted this revival at the inaugural of the 11th CREDAI Property Show on January 9.

He pointed to easier availability of sand a key construction material and incentives that counter setbacks from the previous administration's capital shift attempts.

The MP praised Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu's vision to create a mega city linking Mangalagiri, Vijayawada, and Guntur. He expressed optimism for long-term stability, with focused growth across Amaravati, Visakhapatnam, and Rayalaseema.
