Tirupati, December 29, 2025: The four-day Bharatiya Vigyan Sammelan (BVS 2025) ended at the National Sanskrit University campus in Tirupati, drawing experts, academics, and delegates nationwide.

Organised by Vijnana Bharati with support from institutions including IIT-Tirupati, the event focused on India's perspective of integral development, merging traditional Sanskrit-based wisdom with contemporary research for ethical, sustainable growth.

Key highlights included discussions on ancient Indian scientific heritage and its role in addressing today's challenges in sustainability, technology, and innovation. Dignitaries such as NSU Vice-Chancellor G.S.R. Krishnamurthy stressed a knowledge renaissance rooted in ancient texts, while IIT-Tirupati Director K.N. Satyanarayana praised strong coordination among research bodies.

IIT-Bombay scholar K. Ramasubramanian highlighted ethical administration as vital for advancing science. The conclave featured global experts, some virtually, and attracted over 1,500 students plus public visitors through exhibits.
