Amaravati, December 29, 2025: The Andhra Pradesh Cabinet reviewed the NDA government's performance and declared 2025 a breakthrough year for inclusive governance, economic surge, and social welfare.
Welfare measures exceeded ₹50,000 crore, directly aiding 46 lakh farmers through schemes like Annadata Sukhibhava and 67 lakh students via Thalliki Vandanam. Other highlights include free bus travel for women, LPG support, pensions, and dedicated aid for fishermen, minorities, and urban poor.
Economically, the state secured 610 MoUs promising ₹13.25 lakh crore in investments, with potential for over 16 lakh jobs, alongside double-digit GDP growth of 11.28%.
Infrastructure gains featured the Amarajeevi Jaladhara tap water scheme reaching 1.21 crore residents, plus roads, irrigation, and rural connectivity. Recruitment drives added thousands of teachers and police personnel, while health and education expanded.
