Amaravati, December 27, 2025: NTR district has secured the number one spot across Andhra Pradesh for swift governance and public service delivery. It achieved 83 points based on 315 Key Progress Indicators during the latest District Review Committee meeting.
Health Minister Satya Kumar Yadav praised Collector G. Lakshmisha and the team for the Plus (Achiever) grade, which aligns with the Swarnandhra@2047vision.
Key efforts include fast-tracking 1,121 MSME registrations toward a 1,600 target this fiscal year, setting up industrial parks, advancing health schemes like Ayushman centres and PM-ABHIM, plus innovative policing via apps and anti-scam drives.
The district's Gross District Domestic Product hit ₹94,561 crore last year and aims for ₹1,12,148 crore in 2025-26.
