Newsroom, December 27, 2025: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu declared strong measures against rowdyism while inaugurating the new Tirupati District Police Office. He stressed that no one will be spared for anti-social acts, regardless of political connections, and rowdies will be driven out of Andhra Pradesh.
Naidu highlighted improved law and order since his government took charge, crediting police efforts in curbing ganja, drugs, and red sandalwood smuggling.
He directed officers to use drones, surveillance, and visible policing, especially in Tirumala ahead of Vaikunta Ekadasi to protect devotees and maintain peace.
The CM noted past deterioration hurt pilgrimage sites and warned against social media abuse or violence for political gain. Peace remains key to drawing investments and ensuring safety across the state.
