Each pastor received ₹5,000 per month (totalling ₹60,000 annually) for the period from December 2024 to November 2025, with funds credited directly to their accounts by December 24.

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and other leaders extended warm greetings, highlighting the values of love, compassion, peace, and service inspired by Jesus Christ.

Officials emphasised increased support, including higher allocations for Christmas celebrations and aid for pilgrimages to Jerusalem. The move reinforces the coalition government's focus on minority welfare, building on earlier disbursements and livelihood schemes.
