Amaravati, December 25, 2025: The Andhra Pradesh government issued orders on December 24 modifying certain survey numbers tied to land allotments in the Capital Region Development Authority area of Amaravati.

The change, detailed in G.O.Ms.No.277 from the Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, follows a review of earlier approvals and recommendations from a Group of Ministers. The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority's recent meeting authorised corrections to ensure accurate records.

The updates cover new and revised allotments for educational institutions, government bodies, banks, and private entities totalling dozens of acres across categories without altering land sizes, lease terms, or conditions.
