Amaravati, December 24, 2025: The state government released ₹50.50 crore as a one-time payment covering 12 months of monthly honorarium for 8,418 pastors. Each pastor receives ₹5,000 per month under the ongoing support scheme, amounting to ₹60,000 per individual for the period from December 2024 to November 2025.
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu had assured the Christian community that funds would arrive in time for the festival, fulfilling the commitment with today's transfer directly to bank accounts.
