Amaravati, December 23: The Central Bureau of Investigation arrested D.A. Srinivas and D.A. Kalpaja, children of late former Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams chairman D.K. Audikesavulu Naidu, on December 22.

A serving deputy superintendent of police was also detained. Authorities acted on charges of criminal conspiracy, cheating, forgery, and evidence destruction in a case tied to the suspicious death of realtor K. Raghunath, a close aide of the former chairman.

The dispute centers on Bengaluru properties. Investigators say the accused pressured Raghunath to transfer assets after Audikesavulu Naidu's 2013 passing. The case moved to CBI after court orders highlighted local probe issues. The three face court appearance soon.
