Amaravati, December 10, 2025: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu reviewed the Revenue Department at the State Secretariat in Velagapudi. He urged officials to revamp services for seamless access, banning repeat visits for pattadar passbooks.

Key moves include real-time auto-mutation after registrations, AI-driven error-free systems, and blockchain for tamper-proof records. Grievance handling shifts to RDOs for quicker fixes on disputed lands. Small plot clearances from prohibited lists and regularisation of urban assigned lands up to 250 sq yards at half base value follow suit.

Joint Collector vacancies in 26 districts must be filled within a week, with full disputes cleared in a year. Resurvey 2.0 wraps by January 2027, linking 2.77 crore caste certificates to Aadhaar.
