Amaravati, December 08, 2025: The Bihar government handed over 10.11 acres in Patna's Mokama Khas area to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams on a 99-year lease for a token Re 1 yearly.

Chief Secretary Pratyaya Amrit's letter to TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu greenlights a Sri Venkateswara temple complex, blending worship, culture, and tourism.

Andhra Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and HRD Minister Nara Lokesh hailed it as a harmony booster for regional faiths. TTD teams will soon team up with Bihar's tourism body to map construction, eyeing quick groundbreaking.
