The all-vegetarian menu spotlighted regional gems: gongura-laced dishes from Andhra Pradesh mingled with Kashmiri morels and Nepali momos, paired with millet soup and saffron rice. A naval band blended Indian ragas with Russian tunes like Kalinka, toasting 25 years of strategic bonds.
