Earlier, at the 23rd India-Russia Annual Summit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Putin issued a joint statement. They condemned attacks like Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir and Moscow's Crocus City Hall, while vowing to fight terrorism, extremism, and cross-border crime together.
The all-vegetarian menu spotlighted regional gems: gongura-laced dishes from Andhra Pradesh mingled with Kashmiri morels and Nepali momos, paired with millet soup and saffron rice. A naval band blended Indian ragas with Russian tunes like Kalinka, toasting 25 years of strategic bonds.
