Amaravati, December 03, 2025: Jana Sena Party president and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan mandated the creation of five-member committees across every administrative tier from gram panchayats to parliamentary constituencies to drive party programs and development initiatives, ensuring women hold at least one seat in general bodies and three in 11-member conflict management units.

The order, issued during a senior leaders' meeting at the JSP office near Mangalagiri on Tuesday, aims to fortify the party's base by resolving disputes through structured dialogue, with panels convening either in threes or full strength based on issue gravity. "Committees should take care of JSP programs also," Kalyan said, underscoring their dual role in mobilisation and conflict resolution.

The restructuring, a pilot already underway in Pithapuram, reflects Kalyan's push for organizational depth amid the NDA coalition's post-2024 consolidation. He also assured deserving candidates of nominated posts per "coalition dharma," signaling JSP's integration into Andhra's governance without diluting its identity.
