Amaravati, December 02, 2025: Andhra Pradesh IT and Human Resource Development Minister Nara Lokesh rallied Telugu Desam Party cadre at the party's Mangalagiri headquarters, stressing that true leadership blooms from the soil of villages and mandals, not imposed from above.
Addressing Mandal Party Presidents and General Secretaries during the first day of a statewide training program, Lokesh positioned TDP as a "university" of opportunity, where dedicated foot soldiers can ascend to MLAs, ministers, and even deputy chief ministers.
"Without the party, we are nothing. Whatever recognition and respect we have today is because of the Telugu Desam Party. We should never forget this. The party is supreme," he declared, invoking the legacy of TDP founder N.T. Rama Rao and his father, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, who transformed ordinary workers like Minister Nimmala Rama Naidu from Mandal President in 2012, into state leaders.
The "Coffee Kaburlu" interaction, attended by around 100 leaders divided into groups, was the kickoff to a series aimed at fortifying TDP's base ahead of future polls. Lokesh exhorted workers to dive into welfare programs, stay glued to community pulses, and relay feedback without delay, treating the party like a family where minor frictions fade against collective goals.
He assured weekly open doors at the central office for grievances, underscoring that decisions must be followed with unwavering loyalty. TDP State President Palla Srinivasa Rao joined the session, reinforcing the message of unity and discipline.
