Amaravati, November 28, 2025: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu reaffirmed his commitment to the farmers who pooled 33,000 acres for Amaravati in 2015, pledging to address all their pending concerns, including annuity payments, returnable plots, and infrastructure in layouts, within six months through a dedicated high-level committee.

Speaking at a review meeting with APCRDA officials, Naidu directed immediate audits of claims and disbursements, emphasising that the state's revival hinges on honouring the "unsung heroes" who trusted the vision despite years of delays under the previous regime.

"We will clear every grievance, ensuring justice and progress hand in hand," he stated, allocating Rs 500 crore for initial settlements and development works.
