Amaravati, November 25, 2025: Andhra Pradesh IT and Human Resource Development Minister Nara Lokesh, alongside renowned orator Chaganti Koteswara Rao, kicked off the Viluvala Vidya Sadassu program on Wednesday at a Vijayawada event, launching a series of statewide study circles to motivate young students toward disciplined learning and personal growth.
The initiative, blending motivational talks with practical guidance, will host sessions in 175 assembly constituencies, reaching over 5 lakh youth with themes on focus, ethics, and career paths, free of charge through local colleges and community halls.
Lokesh, crediting Rao's wisdom for shaping his own journey, said the program counters modern distractions with timeless values. "In today's world of gadgets, we need voices like Chaganti garu to guide our children back to books and purpose," he remarked, announcing Rs 10 crore for logistics and follow-up mentoring.
Rao, known for his Ramayana discourses, emphasised self-discipline as the key to success, sharing anecdotes from ancient texts to engage the audience. The launch drew hundreds of students, with plans for monthly circles starting January 2026.
