Amaravati, November 23, 2025: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu issued a firm directive to complete pothole repairs across all roads in the state by the end of December, emphasising swift execution to improve connectivity and safety for commuters.

During a review meeting with Roads and Buildings Minister Gummidi Sandhya Rani and officials, Naidu stressed that no road should remain uneven, allocating funds and resources for urgent works in urban and rural areas.

The push addresses complaints of poor road conditions exacerbated by monsoons, with tenders floated for 5,000 km of resurfacing. Naidu warned of accountability for delays, vowing a smoother network to support economic growth.
