Amaravati, November 21, 2025: Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister Ponguru Narayana has assured farmers who gave land for the Amaravati capital that their long-pending issues will be addressed promptly, including annuity payments, plot allotments, and infrastructure in returnable layouts.
Speaking at a review meeting with APCRDA officials, Narayana directed immediate action on grievances, emphasising the government's commitment to honour agreements from the land pooling scheme.
The minister reviewed progress on iconic projects like the High Court and Secretariat, pushing for faster completion. Farmers welcomed the assurance, noting delays since 2019 had caused hardship.
