A widely circulated social media graphic and video, shared by X user @Polytikles (a fan account), alleges a massive ₹6,67,000 crore scam in Andhra Pradesh's Amaravati capital project. It claims the initiative promoted as the "world's most sustainable city" and inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, was a fraudulent land grab from 24,000 farmers, leaving them with nothing while enriching elites. The post, which has garnered thousands of views and reposts, questions what happened to Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu's "dream project" and urges a probe into the "truth" of the land acquisition.

This narrative distorts facts about the Amaravati project, inflating unverified figures and ignoring official records, court rulings, and independent audits. While the project has faced legitimate controversies over land pooling and alleged irregularities during its 2015-2019 phase, no evidence supports a scam of this scale.
