Newsroom, November 17, 2025: The National Investigation Agency's probe into the November 10 Red Fort Metro Station car blast that killed 13 has uncovered a female operative known as "Madam Surgeon" as a central planner, with her coded diaries recovered from a Faridabad hideout detailing a "D-6 Mission" aimed at retaliating for the 1992 Babri Masjid demolition.
The documents, encrypted with medical terms, outline logistics for simultaneous strikes in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai, involving ammonium nitrate and RDX, and implicate her in recruiting the bomber Dr. Umar Un Nabi through a financial dispute with colleagues.
The woman's identity remains sealed, but sources describe her as a medical professional with Jaish ties, possibly based in Nuh, who evaded a recent raid. NIA raids in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar have netted five more arrests for incitement.
