Amaravati, November 16, 2025: Andhra Pradesh emerged as a major draw at the 30th CII Partnership Summit in Visakhapatnam, locking in investment proposals worth Rs 13.25 lakh crore through 613 memorandums of understanding across manufacturing, technology, and agriculture, set to create 16.31 lakh jobs statewide.

The NDA administration has pulled in over Rs 20 lakh crore in commitments in the past 17 months, with a focus on spreading opportunities to all 175 assembly areas through MSME parks and specialised zones—Rayalaseema for horticulture and industry, coastal regions for aquaculture, and Visakhapatnam for artificial intelligence.

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu hailed the event as a resounding success, stressing it goes beyond agreements to spark idea-sharing. He outlined logistics improvements from east to west and vowed that every proposal would take root within the next three and a half years, backed by a team of ministers tracking progress. Sri City, with its 240 operational units from 31 countries and plans to add 50 more, exemplifies the state's industrial momentum.
