Amaravati, November 15, 2025: Chennai-based Champions Group announced three ambitious developments totalling Rs 5,000 crore at the CII Partnership Summit in Visakhapatnam, aiming to reshape the city's skyline with a 60-story luxury residential tower, a 2.5 million sq ft mall blending retail and entertainment, and a 1 million sq ft IT park focused on tech innovation.
CMD Subhakar Rao Surapaneni highlighted the projects' role in creating 15,000 jobs and fostering a vibrant ecosystem, praising Andhra Pradesh's "speed of doing business" under Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. Naidu reciprocated, calling it a "testament to our investor-friendly policies" that positions Vizag as a coastal powerhouse.
The initiatives, on 50 acres in prime areas, emphasise sustainability with green buildings and smart infrastructure, aligning with the state's $1 trillion economy vision.
