Amaravati, November 15, 2025: The 30th CII Partnership Summit in Visakhapatnam opened on a flavorful note, treating over 300 foreign delegates to an array of Andhra cuisine, or "Andhra Ruchulu," served in elegant gold and silver vessels.
The menu featured 35 to 40 vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, blending traditional staples like pappu-avakaya, kodi-millet khichdi, and pulihora with tangy pickles, alongside North Indian curries, Hyderabad biryani, Japan-muthi palao, stir-fried pasta, steamed greens, and hakka noodles.
Prepared by 250 staff, including 100 senior chefs at Novotel, the spread was overseen by the Food Safety Department to ensure top standards, offering a taste of Andhra's vibrant food culture.
Day two promises even more regional specialties, reinforcing the summit's theme of partnerships through shared experiences.
