Amaravati, November 13, 2025: Tillman Global Holdings, a New York-based digital infrastructure specialist, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Andhra Pradesh government to invest ₹15,000 crore in a 300 MW hyperscale data centre campus in Visakhapatnam, spanning 40 acres and set for completion within 12 months.
The project, TDGAP1, will anchor advanced computing capabilities, drawing on the state's coastal advantages and progressive policies to foster energy, network, and cloud services, while generating 200-300 direct jobs and up to 1,000 indirect roles by 2028.
Co-President Sachit Ahuja praised Andhra's "coastal connectivity and expanding digital economy," positioning the campus as a catalyst for innovation. IT Minister Nara Lokesh echoed the sentiment, noting it reinforces Vizag's status as an Indo-Pacific tech powerhouse, building on recent Google commitments.
