Newsroom, November 10, 2025: The District Administration Ramban, under DC Mohammad Alyas Khan, organised a series of patriotic and singing events across the district to celebrate 150 years of “Vande Mataram.”
At T-Chowk Ramban and other venues, students, teachers, and citizens participated in vibrant performances depicting India’s freedom struggle and the song’s role in fostering unity and pride.
The Police, Revenue, and Information Departments, along with media representatives, held exhibitions and cultural displays celebrating India’s heritage.
A live drum-beat performance of “Vande Mataram” captivated the audience, evoking deep patriotic sentiment. Officials lauded the enthusiastic participation, urging citizens to uphold the spirit of unity, sacrifice, and national devotion throughout the week-long celebrations.
