Amaravati, November 05, 2025: Visakhapatnam District Collector M.N. Harendhira Prasad conducted a detailed inspection of arrangements for the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Partnership Summit. The review emphasised completing all delegate registrations through the online portal by November 9, with no on-site options permitted. Infrastructure plans include setting up temporary structures and organising cultural performances that highlight regional traditions, alongside logistics for a gala dinner.

Commissioner of Police Shankhabrata Bagchi outlined measures such as installing CCTV cameras in all areas, deploying drone surveillance, and positioning officials and CII representatives at entry and exit points. Every attendee must carry a photo ID card, and QR codes will feature on VIP and vehicle passes to streamline access. To avoid bottlenecks at dining zones, a real-time dashboard linked to cameras will monitor crowd flow.
