Amaravati, November 05, 2025: TDP MLA Kolikapudi Srinivasa Rao from the Tiruvur SC reserved constituency underwent his third disciplinary inquiry on Monday at the party's Mangalagiri headquarters, focusing on allegations of corruption levelled against Vijayawada MP Kesineni Chinni.
The four-hour session, overseen by state president Palla Srinivasa Rao, included committee members Konakalla Narayana Rao, Varla Ramaiah, MA Sharif, and Panchumarthi Anuradha. Rao, known for advocating for Amaravati farmers and challenging the previous government, has faced prior reviews in January and March without penalties.
Party insiders voiced worries over Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu's lack of comment, noting it could harm TDP's standing in Tiruvur and the state. While some push for Rao's suspension to uphold discipline, others highlight by-election risks in the SC seat, where the party hasn't won since 2004.
