Rishab Shetty's Kantara Chapter 1 maintained its box office steam into the second week, raking in over ₹10 crore on Day 14 despite a minor slide, pushing its domestic net tally to ₹476.45 crore and gross to ₹562.21 crore.

The Kantara-era sequel, blending folklore with high-octane action, notched ₹13.35 crore on Monday, ₹14.15 crore on Tuesday, and ₹10.55 crore on Wednesday, cementing its status as the second Kannada blockbuster after KGF Chapter 2 to storm this territory.

With only ₹66.78 crore needed to topple Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan's ₹543.22 crore net and crack the all-time Top 10 Indian earners, the film's weekend surge could seal the deal.
